PAYMENTS

We will do our best to explain your treatment options and present you with an estimated fee for your choices. Payment will be expected at the time of services for preventive and restorative treatments. Check, cash and credit cards are accepted. Payment options are available for major services.

INSURANCE

Our office accepts assignment of benefits from many dental insurance companies. Most PPO plans offer "out of network" benefits which allow you to choose your dentist. We are a participating provider with Delta Dental Premier.

Please understand we do not have a contract with your insurance company. Your deductible and co-payment are determined by the policy your employer selected. At no time can we guarantee how your insurance company will handle a claim.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your dental insurance claim. Please have all of your insurance information with you on the day of your appointment. We will estimate your portion and collect payment at the time of your visit.

EMERGENCIES

Please contact our office and we will work to see you in a timely manner.
